Support groups
are important to maintain an ongoing, healthy attitude, sustain healthy
relationships and learn more about disease management. On the following
pages are listed support groups within Auglaize, Hardin and Allen
Counties.
Family Support
Groups - National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI)
and NAMI Ohio provide education and support
for the persons who have a family member with a biological brain disorder
(mental illness).
Other Support
Groups are focused on specific disorders or diseases and help persons with
these diseases to cope more effectively.
